Condensed milk 1 tin
Rice - 100 gm
Milk - 1 litre
Chopped nuts .
Elaichi powder

GETTING READY
1 Wash the rice well.
MAKING
2 In a pressure cooker, add the washed rice and milk.
3 Pressure cook for about 10 minutes.
4 Add in the condensed milk and cook for another 5 to 7 minutes, stirring constantly.
5 Cook until the kheer is thick.
6 Remove from the heat.
SERVING
7 Serve sprinkled with elaichi powder and nuts.
8 Can be served either hot or chilled.
