Keema Bhindi Recipe
Ingredients
| Vegetable oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Onion | 1 Large, finely chopped | |
| Garlic | 1 Teaspoon, minced | |
| Ginger | 1 Teaspoon, minced | |
| 2 teaspoons Moghlai masala | ||
| Turmeric | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Chilli powder | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Lamb mince | 250 Gram | |
| Chopped fresh coriander for garnish | ||
Directions
1. Heat oil in frypan, saute onion, garlic, ginger till golden brown.
2. Add rest of the ingredients, stir on high for 2 mins.
3. Add 1/2 cup water, bring to boil, cover, cook on low till mince is cooked.
4. Stir on high to remove excess water, adjust salt, chilli to taste. Stir in prepared tamatar bhindi just before serving. Serve hot
