Khasta Biscuit Pudding Recipe

 Custard3 Cup (48 tbs)
 Walnuts1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), minced
 Double cream2 Cup (32 tbs)
 Vanilla essence1 Teaspoon
 Crisp cookies8 (Macaroons / Nankhatais)
 Mixed fruit2 Cup (32 tbs), chopped
 Ground sugar3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
 Cherries1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (For Decoration)


Crush cookies and put them in a layer in a bowl.
Cover with half the fruit and half the custard.
Repeat the two layers.
Tbp with whipped cream with sugar and vanilla.
Decorate with sliced cherries and chill.
Serve cold.
To make custard, mix 1 1/2 tbsp of custard powder with 3 cups of milk and 3/4 cup sugar.
Add 1/2 tsp of vanilla essence and cook over a low flame till creamy and without lumps.
Cool and use.
