Kharvas is one of my favorite sweet dish.I used to make this recipe,when i used to have guest at my place.I generally buy a tin of colostrum milk to prepare this dish.You can make Kharvas also with china grass.

Directions

MAKING
1)Mix milk (this is a special milk after buffalo gives birth),jaggery,nutmet powder,cardamom powder in blender.
2)In a pan pour the mixture and steam on low heat till it is set.
3)Let it cool.
4)Garnish with orange rind.

SERVING
3)Cut it into pieces before serving.
