Khara Bheja Recipe
Ingredients
| 6 sets of brains | ||
| Onions | 2 , sliced | |
| Turmeric powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| 2 tbsp ghee or oil | ||
| Tomatoes | 2 (Chop:) | |
| 4 green chillies seeded | ||
| Coriander leaves | 2 Tablespoon (Chop:) | |
| Ginger | 2 Inch (Chop:) | |
| 1 pod garlic | ||
Directions
Clean brains and remove all membranes.
Wash, dry and cut into four pieces each.
Heat fat in a pan and fry onions till light brown.
Add all ingredients except tomatoes and brains.
Saute for two minutes.
Add tomatoes and brains and simmer for 4-5 minutes till done.
