Ingredients
1 medium sized tomato chopped
1 medium sized onion chopped
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp zeera
Salt
2 eggs
Oil
Garnishing: chili sliced and coriander
Directions
Heat oil add zeera and crackle it.
Add onions, saute them until slightly brown.
Add chili powder, salt and tomatoes. Stir it well.
Cook it covered until tomatoes soften up.
Add red chili to it.
Now add eggs to the chutney.
Mix it properly so that eggs mix up with rest of the masala.
Cook until eggs are done completely.
Add black pepper. Keep stirring the mixture.
The egg chutney is done. Granish it with chilis and coriander.
