Khajoor ki Chutney Recipe
Ingredients
| Dry dates | 250 Gram (Without Stones) | |
| Jaggery | 50 Gram, grated | |
| Chili powder | 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic | 8 Clove (40 gm) | |
| Ginger piece | 1 Inch, grated | |
| Vinegar/Lime juice | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | To Taste |

Directions
1 Chop the dates.
2 In a grinder jar, add the dates and grind.
3 Add in salt, chilli powder, ginger, garlic.
4 Grind again to a fine paste.
5 Add in the grated jaggery and grind again to blend well.
6 In a pan, transfer the mixture and cook on low heat until thick and all the water has dried up.
SERVING
7 Serve as desired.
8 Can be preserved for about 15-30 days, if stored in an airtight jar.
