Ingredients
Condensed milk - 1 tin
Paneer - 1/2 kg
Elaichi - 3-4, powdered
Full cream milk powder - 2 heaped tbsp
Silver leaf: 1
Directions
GETTING READY
1 Lightly grease a plate and keep aside.
MAKING
2 In a bowl, mash the paneer coarsely.
3 Add milk powder to it and mix well.
4 Stir in the condensed milk and combine well with the paneer mixture.
5 In a thick-bottomed pan, heat the mixture.
6 Cook on medium heat, stirring constantly, till the mixture becomes thick about 8 – 10 minutes.
7 Remove from heat.
8 Spread the mixture evenly onto the prepared plate.
9 Sprinkle with elaichi powder.
10 Allow to cool and top with silver leaf.
SERVING
11 Cut into squares and serve.
