Low Carb KFC Chicken Recipe Video

This recipe is so very easy and it tastes so good! Just like KFC chicken without the breaded skin! Really low carb!

Ingredients

 
4 chicken breasts
 
6 tbsp mayonnaise
 
1 tbsp rice vinegar
 
2 tbsp lemon juice
 
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

1. First salt and pepper the chicken breast and keep in a glass baking tray.
2. Put rest of the ingredients in a bowl and mix.
3. Pour this mixture over the chicken.
4. Pop it in 350 degree oven for an hour until it is brown.

Are you missing FC chicken? Here is a low carb KFC chicken recipe which is without the fried crust on top. Kelly from Lowcarbcafe has a very simple recipe; she throws all ingredients in a bowl except chicken, mixes them up and spreads on top of the chicken. The chicken goes into the oven for 1 hour and when it comes out its as delicious as KFC chicken.
