Ingredients

 Butter/Margarine1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Mayan sweet onions - 3-4 pounds, diced
 Flour2 Tablespoon
 Chicken stock5 Cup (16 tbs)
 Light cream or milk -1 cup
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

MAKING
1. Take a stockpot and add some butter into it. Melt the butter and sauté onions in it for approximately 15- 20 minutes.
2. Add flour and remaining ingredients and stir well.
3. Boil the mixture by stirring at occasional intervals.

SERVING
4. Serve the Keystone Fruit Sweet Onion Bisque hot.
