Keystone Fruit Sweet Onion Bisque Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter/Margarine | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Mayan sweet onions - 3-4 pounds, diced | ||
| Flour | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Chicken stock | 5 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Light cream or milk -1 cup | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
MAKING
1. Take a stockpot and add some butter into it. Melt the butter and sauté onions in it for approximately 15- 20 minutes.
2. Add flour and remaining ingredients and stir well.
3. Boil the mixture by stirring at occasional intervals.
SERVING
4. Serve the Keystone Fruit Sweet Onion Bisque hot.
