Key Lime Chicken Broil Recipe
Ingredients
| 3 broiler fryers split | ||
| Lime juice | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Vegetable oil | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Onion | 1 Tablespoon, grated | |
| Tarragon | 2 Teaspoon, crushed | |
| Seasoned salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon, seasoned | |
Directions
Wash chickens; pat dry.
Place, skin side down, on rack in broiler pan.
Mix lime juice, vegetable oil, onion, tarragon, and seasoned salt and pepper in a small bowl.
Brush generously over chickens.
Broil, turning every 10 minutes and brushing with more lime mixture, 40 minutes, or until the chickens are tender and richly browned.
Remove to a heated large serving platter.
