Ingredients

 1 microwaved 9-in. Graham Cracker Crust, or One Crust Pastry
 Sweetened condensed milk1 Can (10oz)
 Egg yolks3
 2 teaspoons grated lime peel, optional
 Lime juice1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Three Egg White Meringue

Directions

Blend milk and egg yolks, at low speed.
Add peel, juice and coloring; blend until smooth.
Pour into shell.
Top with meringue; microwave.
Refrigerate several hours.

hi,microwave the custard on ROAST for 3 minutes. Beat mixture smooth with spoon and continue cooking on ROAST for 2 to 3 minutes or until mixture begins to bubble. When thick, pour into the shell and top with meringue then microwave on Grill for 2 - 3 minutes.
