Kesaria Peda Recipe
This is a classic kesaria peda recipe. Kesaria peda is a very popular sweet in the Bihar. It is extensively used during Diwali and other Bihari festivals . It makes your celebration more delightful. You will enjoy this kesaria peda Recipe.

Ingredients
300 gms Khoa (mava)
300 gms Sugar
1 tsp Illaichi (cardamom) powder
8 gms Kesar (saffron)
6-8 chopped Pista
Directions
Point1-Heat khoa and sugar in a kadahi while stirring continuously till the sugar melts and then dries up. This should take approx 18 minutes.
Point2-Add illaichi powder and kesar and mix well.
Point3- Make about 20-25 medium sized Pedas of desired shape.
Point4- Decorate with Pista.
