Kesari Phaldari Phirni Recipe

Ingredients
Rice batter 150 gms
Milk 1 Itr
Cardamom powder 1/4 tsp
Saffron 1 pinch
Sugar 100gms
Chopped pistachios 1/2 tsp
Varak 2
Strawberry 100gms
Directions
Boil the milk adding the cardamom powder.
Add the rice batter and stir until rice is cooked and the milk begins to thicken.
Stirring continuously, dissolve in the sugar.
Cool the mixture.
Now add the saffron and mix well.
In a mould, pour the mixture and layer with the strawberries.
Garnish with chopped pistachios and serve cold.
