Kulfi is my favorite authentic Indian-Ice cream. In fact Kesar Pista-Badam Kulfi is what I like. The picture shows some finely chopped Pista (Pistachios) but I don't find it in your ingredients list. Also to get a smooth rich texture, adding some ground cashew paste does wonders!

Hi 2pr. For your convenience, here is a translation of the ingredients list. Kesar Powder - Saffron powder. You can also use either Saffron strands (a pinch of them should do) or even Saffron Essence. Khoya - Khoya/Mawa/Khova is easily available in most Indian-Grocery stores. Its milk solids obtained by evaporating milk. Maida Flour - Basic / All-Purpose Flour
