Kesar Badam Recipe
Kesar Badam is simply super delicious. Prepare this yummy Kesar Badam and serve it for your kids. Its nutritious, filling and addictive! I am sure your tots will be asking for more within minutes!
Ingredients
500 ml milk
3 tbsp sugar
2 large scoops of vanilla ice cream
A few drops of yellow colour optional
10-15 badam
A few strands of kesar
Directions
Soak kesar in 2-3 tbsp warm milk for 5-7 minutes.
Rub the soaked kesar with a spoon.
Boil rest of the milk with sugar and .the dissolved kesar .
Keep on low flame for 2 minutes.
Cool.
Chill.
Soak almonds in hot water.
Remove skin & powder coarsely.
Blend chilled milk with powdered almonds and yellow colour in a blender for a few seconds till frothy.
Add ice cream and whip for another second.
