|Mayonnaise||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Dijon mustard||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon|

1. In a bowl, add and combine the potatoes with celery, onion and ham dices. Mix well.
2. In a small bowl add and combine the mayonnaise with dijon mustard. Season it with salt and pepper and mix well.
3. Stir the mayo-mustard mixture into the potato salad and mix until just combined.
4. Serve this salad immediately or refrigerate until served.
