Ingredients
1 can salmon or fresh salmon
1 tsp Lemon juice as required
1 egg
2 green onions, chopped finely
2/3 c Salting crackers
1 tbsp essence
1/2 tbsp cayenne pepper
1 tbsp Parsley
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp butter
Directions
1. Drain the salmon and crumble it.
2. Add green onions, beaten egg, essence and cayenne pepper and mix it well.
3. Add lemon juice and parsley and stir it to mix.
4. Make patties of the mixture.
5. Refrigerate the patties for about 40 minutes.
6. Heat butter and olive oil in a pan.
7. Cook the patties for 3 minutes from each side.
8. Serve these with salad or bread.
