Ripe bananas -2 large
 
Rice flour-1 cup
 
Sugar -3 tablespoons
 
Dash of salt
 
Coconut milk -as necessary
 
Ghee -to fry

Directions

GETTING READY
1)Peel and cut the bananas into round slices.
2)In a frying pan heat ghee.

MAKING
3)In a bowl, add flour, half of the sugar, salt and coconut milk to make a thick batter.
4)Dip banana slices into the batter and then deep fry until golden brown. Drain.

SERVING
5)Dust some sugar on the roundels and then serve.
