 6 bananas, sliced into thick serving pieces
 Caster sugar2 Tablespoon
 Cream2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Instant coffee1 Tablespoon
 Rum1 Tablespoon
 Almonds1 Tablespoon, toasted

Directions

Put the banana pieces in a bowl.
Mix the coffee in 1/2 cup hot water and add and dissolve sugar.
Keep aside to cool.
Whip the cream and add to the coffee mixture.
Add rum.
Stir and pour over bananas.
Sprinkle a few almond slices on top and serve chilled.
