 Ground beef1 1/2 Pound
 Whole wheat bread crumbs1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Onion1/3 Cup (16 tbs), minced
 Parsley2 Tablespoon, chopped
 Eggs2 , beaten
 Pepper1/4 Teaspoon, seasoned
 Cinnamon1/4 Teaspoon
 Allspice1/4 Teaspoon
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 1 tablespoon water or wine
 Mint extract2 Drop
 1/4 teaspoon bottled browning sauce
 Water2 Tablespoon

Directions

Mix together all ingredients except browning sauce and water.
Cover loosely; refrigerate 3 to 4 hours.
Shape mixture into bite size balls, arrange in oblong baking dish in a single layer.
Brush with half of browning sauce mixed with water.
Cover with paper towels; cook in Radarange oven 5 minutes.
Stir, brush on more browning sauce; cook 3 minutes more.
