Ingredients

 Smoked haddock - 1/2 pound, cooked
 Patna rice -€“ 3 ounces
 Margarine1 1/2 Ounce
 Salt1 To taste
 Pepper1 To taste
 Hard boiled egg - 1 or 1 teaspoon. chopped parsley

Directions

MAKING
1. In a deep pan, boil rice.
2. Meanwhile, poach haddock.
3. Carefully peel away any skin and remove bone from the fish. Using a fork, flake it.
4. Heat a saucepan and melt margarine. Put in rice, flaked fish, salt and pepper. Saute thoroughly, for 15-20 minutes.

SERVING
5. On a heated dish, pile the rice mixture like a cone. Serve hot.
