Easy Smoked Haddock Kedgeree Recipe

| 6 oz. cooked smoked haddock | ||
| Egg | 1 , hardboiled | |
| About 8 oz. cooked Patna rice | ||
| Parsley sprigs | ||
| Pinch cayenne pepper and salt | ||

Directions
Flake fish coarsely with a fork and mix with the chopped egg, cooked rice and seasoning in a saucepan over moderate heat until hot, adding a little milk if necessary.
Place the mixture on a hot serving dish and garnish with parsley sprigs.
