Ingredients

 6 oz. cooked smoked haddock
 Egg1 , hardboiled
 About 8 oz. cooked Patna rice
 Parsley sprigs
 Pinch cayenne pepper and salt
 Pinch cayenne pepper and salt

Directions

Flake fish coarsely with a fork and mix with the chopped egg, cooked rice and seasoning in a saucepan over moderate heat until hot, adding a little milk if necessary.
Place the mixture on a hot serving dish and garnish with parsley sprigs.
