Kauai Crab Spread Recipe

Ingredients
8 ounces (half a 1 pound package) frozen crab meat, thawed and drained
1 cup dairy sour cream
2 teaspoons curry powder
1/2 teaspoon onion salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 cup minced chutney
1/4 cup flaked coconut
Directions
Mix all ingredients and chill well.
Serve as a spread for crackers or melba rounds.
