Kathal Ke Kofte Recipe
Ingredients
Jackfruit-1 pound, peeled, boiled and ground
Besan -1/2 cup
Coconut -1/2 cup, shredded
Dash of baking powder
Salt- to taste
Garlic-2 cloves, crushed
Green chili-1, chopped
Garam masala -1 teaspoon
Oil -for deep frying
Ready gravy -1 1/4 cups
Green coriander-1 tablespoon, chopped
Directions
MAKING
1)In a bowl, add first 7 ingredients and mix to form a smooth mixture.Shape it into small balls.
2)In a wok, heat oil and deep fry the koftas until dark golden. Keep it into casserole.
3)In a pan, heat the gravy and pour on the koftas.
SERVING
4)Garnish koftas with garam masala and sprinkle coriander leaves. Serve with chapatti.
