 Mince : 3/4 kg
 Thick curd : 1 tbsp
 Mustard oil3/4 Tablespoon
 Ghee1 Tablespoon
 Ginger powder : 1 tsp heaped
 Garam masala4 Teaspoon
 Hing1/2 Teaspoon

 Green chillies5 (To be ground together:)
 Dhania2 Tablespoon (To be ground together:)
 Pudina2 Tablespoon (To be ground together:)
 Ginger2 Inch (To be ground together:)
 Kashmiri masala1 Tablespoon (To be ground together:)
 Mix together grind and make koftas
 Mix together 1/2 cup ghee, 3/4 cup inustard oil and
 Heat. Add curd 1 1/2 cups, red chilli powder, sonth
 1 tsp, hing 1/2 tsp, ginger, khus khus -1 tsp, badam,
 Kishmish, garam masala and khoya - 1 cup.
 Cook over slow fire till oil floats to the top.

Directions

1. Cook koftas in oil and boiling water. Let water dry.
2. Add to fried and cooked masalas and cook over slow fire till oil floats on top and some gravy remains.
3. Serve garnished with chopped coriander with rumali roti.
