Kashmiri Chutney Recipe
Kashmiri Chutney has a lips smacking taste. Kashmiri Chutney get its flavor from malt vinegar mixed with carrots and red chili. Kashmiri Chutney is served as side dish.
Ingredients
Sugar 2/3 cup
Salt 1 tsp
Malt vinegar 250 ml
Garlic 200 gms
Ginger 200 gms
Carrots 200 gms
Black mustard seeds 1/2 cup
Red chillies 20-30
Directions
Dissolve the sugar and salt in the vinegar.
Then blend in a food processor all the ingredients to a fine paste.
