Ingredients

 Ground meat mixture - 1 1/2 pounds
 Onion1
 Large carrot - 1, grated
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm)
 Thyme, marjoram and oregano - 1 Pinch of OR Poultry seasoning - 2 teaspoons
 Eggs - 2 slightly beaten
 Kelp1 Dash
 Paprika1/4 Teaspoon
 Wheat germ1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Yeast2 Tablespoon

Directions

MAKING
1.Mix meat mixture with onion, carrot, garlic, thyme, marjoram , oregano, eggs, and kelp.
2.Mix and make rolls with length of 2-3 inches and diameter equivalent to frankfurter.
3.Coat with wheatgerm, yeast and paprika by rolling over in each separately.
4.Broil the rolls by placing them on a greased rack until brown.

SERVING
5.Serve with hot tomato sauce.
