Karahi Gobhi Recipe

Cauliflower : 2 cups cut into florets
Oil : 1 tbsp
Potato : one large cut into cubes
Peas 1/2 a cup
Capsicum, Cut into large square pieces
Tomato : cut into large chunks
Onions cut into large chunks
Turmeric : 1 tsp
Corainder pwd : 1/2 tsp
Chilli pwd: 1 tsp
Garam masala : 1/2 tsp
Directions
Take a big owl. Add oil and all the dry ingredients (masala).
Mix it, Now add all the vegetables. Mix it. Cover it with a lid loosely and cook for 6 minutes in microwave. Stir and cook again for 6 minutes. Now stir again and cook till done.
Serve with rice, and chapati or Naan. It is superb party dish with no fuss at all.
