Ingredients
1/3 cup (80 ml) dry milk
1/2 cup (120 ml) water
2 tbs (30 ml) vinegar
1 cup (240 ml) brown sugar
1/2 cup (120 ml) honey
1 cup (240 ml) canola oil
2 tsp (10 ml) vanilla
2 eggs, beaten slightly
6 cups (1.4 1) Whole Wheat Flour
1/2-1 tsp (3-5 ml) salt
1 tsp (5 ml) soda
Directions
Mix together dry milk, water, vinegar.
In a separate bowl, mix the next 5 ingredients together in the order listed.
Blend well to keep the oil in emulsion.
Combine the 2 mixtures.
Add the flour, salt and soda.
Divide dough into 4 equal parts.
Place each part on a greased and floured cookie sheet.
Roll from center until 1/8-inch thick.
Prick with a fork.
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15 minutes or until light brown.
Remove from oven and cut in squares immediately.
