1/2 cup (120 ml) margarine
1/2 cup (120 ml) honey
12 ox (360 g) carob drops sweetened with date sugar (nondairy type)
1 tsp (5 ml) vanilla
4 eggs, separated
1/4 tsp (1 ml) salt
1 cup (240 ml) Flour
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
Melt together margarine, honey and carob drops.
Allow to cool a bit.
Add vanilla, beaten egg yolks, salt and flour.
Whip egg whites until stiff Fold into mixture.
Pour into 10x7xl 3/4-inch baking dish.
Bake for 30 minutes.
