Kamut Biscuits Recipe
Ingredients
1 cup (240 ml) Flour
1 cup (240 ml) white flour
1/2 cup (120 ml) dry instant powdered milk
1 tsp (5 ml) salt
2 tbs (30 ml) baking powder
3/4 cup (180 ml) water
1/3 cup (80 ml) vegetable oil
Directions
Stir together dry ingredients, add water and oil.
Stir until well mixed.
Knead in bowl 10-15 times.
Roll out to 3/4-inch thickness and cut into 2-inch squares or diamonds or cut with biscuit cutter.
Place 2 inches apart on baking sheet.
Bake at 450°F (230°C) for 8-10 minutes or until golden on top.
