 6 cups gourmet salad greens
 Red onion1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped (SALAD:)
 Basil1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped (SALAD:)
 Green tomato slice12 , halved (SALAD:)
 Tomato Slices12 , halved (SALAD:)
 Red tomato slice12 , halved (SALAD:)

Directions

1. To prepare vinaigrette, combine first 7 ingredients in a small bowl, stir well with a whisk.
2. To prepare salad, place 6 cups greens on a platter. Sprinkle half of onion and half of basil evenly over greens. Arrange tomato slice halves over basil. Top with remaining onion and basil. Drizzle evenly with vinaigrette.
