Kale Loaf Recipe
Ingredients
| Celery leaves | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Butter | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Flour | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Vegetable stock | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 1/2 c. cooked chopped kale | ||
Directions
Saute celery leaves in butter; add flour, vegetable stock, kale, egg, carrots, rice and salt.
Blend mixture thoroughly.
Shape into loaf; lay bacon across top.
Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
