Ingredients

 1 cup good rice
 Curds1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Sugar1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 A layer of clotted cream
 Blanched almonds20 Gram
 20 gms pistas blanched and slivered
 Poppy seeds1 Teaspoon
 Raisins1 Tablespoon
 1 maskati pomegranate
 Few rose petals

Directions

Cook the rice in plain boiling water.
Strain and cool in a thali.
Beat curds and sugar and mix into the cold rice.
Pour into a shallow dish.
Top with a layer of clotted cream and sprinkle the nuts, poppyseeds, raisins, pomegranate seeds, and rose petals decoratively.
