Directions

Boil milk in a deep pan, once milk is boiled add lemon juice, as soon as you add lemon juice milk will start to curdle. Again boil milk for 5 mts, add lemon juice and keep till all the milk gets curdle and greenish water is leftover.
Now drain excess water from paneer.
Now take paneer in to a pan mix sugar and cook just for 10 mts.
Now add milk powder, mix and cook for 5 mts.
Add Cardamom powder, mix and transfer mixture in to a greased tray. Spread it evenly and garnish with chopped pistachios.
Allow it to cool down and cut it in to desired shape.
