kairi chi chutney Recipe
I picked up a few raw mangoes/kairi from my farm and prepared kairi chi chutney.It is a little chilly and sour in taste.I have made it a bit different by adding kharik/seedless dates in the recipe.Definately this dish is treat during summers.A quick trip to the farm was worth it!

| Kairi | 2 Cup (32 tbs), grated (Raw Mango) | |
| Red chilly powder | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Sugar | 2 Cup (32 tbs) | |
| Vinegar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Kharik | 200 Gram, chopped (seedless dates) | |
| Ginger | 1 Inch, chopped | |
| Peanut | 50 Gram | |
| Salt | To Taste |
Directions
GETTING READY
1)Soak kharik in vinegar,overnight.
MAKING
2)Remove kharik/seedless dates from soaked vinegar.In a bowl add kharik along with grated raw mango/kairi,sugar,red chilly,ginger,peanut powder,vinegar and salt.Saute it on low flame for 5 minutes.
3)Add little more vinegar if you feel that the chutney has become very thick.
SERVING
4)Serve Kairi Chi Chutney with batata vada.
