Kahlua Bread Pudding Recipe
This Kahlua Bread Pudding is from my Mom's cookbook; an easy to prepare treat for a family get together! An irresitible combination of bread, kahlua and eggs - this Kahlua Bread Pudding is something you must not want to miss out on!
Ingredients
| 6 slices Earth Grains French bread | ||
| Eggs | 3 | |
| Milk | 3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Kahlua | 1 Ounce | |
| Butter | 6 Tablespoon, melted | |
Directions
Cut or tear the bread into very small pieces about the size of croutons.
Beat the eggs with a whisk in a medium bowl.
Add the milk, sugar, salt, kahlua and butter; mix until color is uniform.
Stir in the bread pieces and mix well.
Let stand for about 10 minutes or until bread is fully saturated with liquid.
Spread in a greased 8 inch square baking dish.
Bake at 325 to 350 degrees for 1 hour.
