Kahlua and Coffee Sodas Recipe
Ingredients
| Whipping cream | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/4 to 1/2 cup Kahlua or other coffee liqueur | ||
| Sparkling water | 16 Ounce | |
| 1 pint coffee or chocolate ice cream | ||
| Cinnamon stick | 4 3 Inch | |
Directions
1. In a small chilled mixing bowl beat the whipping cream with an electric mixer on low speed till stiff peaks form.
2. In each of four 8-ounce glasses, pour 1 to 2 tablespoons Kahlua or other coffee liqueur. Add 1 tablespoon whipped cream and 2 tablespoons carbonated water; stir till foamy. Add a 1/2-cup scoop of ice cream to each glass. Pour in enough carbonated water to fill glasses. Spoon remaining whipped cream atop each and add a cinnamon stick stirrer.
