Sprouts are always considered rich in protein and calcium.Kaddhanya chi Koshimbiri is a very healthy and refreshing side dish!I make it a point to prepare this salad for my children at least twice a week.You can also give this salad in tiffin-box.

Directions

MAKING
1)Separately boil sprouted matki and sprouted green moong for 5-7 minutes.
2)In a bowl mix cooked matki,green moong,grated coconut,green chilly,salt,sugar,coriander,corn,capsicum,tomato and squeeze lemon over it.

SERVING
3)Serve Kaddhanya chi Koshimbiri with rice.
