Ingredients

 1/2 kg raw large green mangoes
 Water2 Cup (16 tbs)
 1/2 tsp roasted and pounded cummin seeds
 Sugar1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Kala namak1 Teaspoon
 Salt1 Teaspoon

Directions

Microwave washed whole mangoes for 15 minutes.
Let it stand for 5 minutes.
Cool and press the pulp out of each mango and discard the skin and seeds.
Mix the pulp with the rest of the ingredients.
Add water according to desired consistency.
