| Worcestershire sauce | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Prepared mustard | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1 Dash | |
| Chopped chives/Onions | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Sirloin tip | 1 , cut into 0.5 inch cubes | |
| Green pepper | 1 , cut into 1.5 inch squares | |
| Fresh mushrooms | 8 | |

Directions
Alternate remaining ingredients on 6-inch sticks to make kabobs.
Place kabobs 5 or 6 inches from hot coals.
Brown slowly for 10 to 12 minutes, turning occasionally and brushing with butter and sauce.
Place kabobs on double thick 12 inch square of foil; top each with 2 tablespoons sauce.
Double fold over top; twist ends.
Place on grill over medium coals, folded side up; do not turn.
Cook for 10 to 15 minutes or until degree of doneness is obtained.
