Junket Recipe

Ingredients
1 pt. milk
1 junket tablet
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. lukewarm water
F.g. salt
3/4-1 tsp. flavouring
Directions
1. Dissolve junket tablet in the lukewarm water.
2. Heat the milk in the double boiler until it is lukewarm.
3. Add the sugar and flavouring to the milk, stir until the sugar is dissolved.
4. Add the junket and pour into serving dishes.
5. Let stand at room temperature until firm, and chill.
6. Garnish with whipped cream or fruit and serve.
