 Milk1 Pint
 1 dessertsp. caster sugar
 Rennet2 Teaspoon
 Flavouring

Directions

Warm the milk to blood heat.
Stir in the sugar and add the rennet.
Let it set at room temperature.
It can be chilled just before serving, if preferred.
