June Littlejohn's Taco Soup Recipe

Ingredients
1 to 2 lb. hamburger meat
1 chopped onion
2 cans chopped stewed tomatoes (undrained)
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes or 1 small can diced chiles (undrained)
2 cans Mexicom or regular corn (undrained)
1 can pinto beans (could add 2 or also a can of kidney beans)
1 dry pkg. each: taco seasoning mix and Hidden Valley Ranch
Salad dressing mix
Directions
Brown hamburger meat with chopped onion; drain.
Put meat mixture in a crock-pot or large kettle.
Add (do not drain) stewed tomatoes, Ro-Tel tomatoes or diced chiles, Mexicorn or regular corn and beans.
Add taco seasoning mix and Hidden Valley Ranch salad dressing mix.
Simmer for at least a couple of hours for best flavor
