Ingredients
2 cups all purpose flour
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup milk, at room temperature
8 tablespoons butter, melted and cooled
2 large eggs, at room temperature
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2-5 ounce milk chocolate, raisin and almond bars, cut into 1/2 inch pieces

Heat the oven to 375 degrees.
Lightly butter six 3 1/4 by 1 3/8 inch (2/3 cup) muffin cups.
Stir together the flour, sugars, baking powder and salt.
In another bowl combine the milk, butter, eggs and vanilla.
Make a well in the center of the flour mixture, add the milk mixture and stir just to combine.
Stir in the chocolate bar pieces.
Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin cups.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center of one muffin comes out clean.
Remove the tin to a wire rack and cool for 5 minutes before removing the muffins from the cups.
