Jumbo Corn Burger Recipe
Ingredients
| Ground beef | 1 pound | |
| 1 egg, slightly beaten | ||
| Seasoned tomato sauce | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1 Dash | |
| Whole kernel corn | 1 1 pound, drained | |
| 1/2 cup medium coarse cracker crumbs | ||
| Green pepper | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| Onion | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Pimiento | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Sage | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| 1/2 cup shredded sharp process cheese | ||
Directions
Combine beef, egg, sauces, and seasonings.
Spread half of mixture in 8-inch shallow round baking dish.
Combine remaining ingredients except cheese; spoon over meat.
Cover with remaining meat mixture.
Bake in moderate oven (350°) 40 minutes.
Last 5 minutes, sprinkle with cheese.
Trim with parsley.
