July Day Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Lemon | 1 box, flavored | |
| Boiling water | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Mayonnaise | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cottage cheese | 2 Cup (16 tbs), creamed | |
| Celery | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), minced | |
| Cucumber | 1 Large, peeled | |
| Instant minced onion | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Cider vinegar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Blanched almonds | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) |
Directions
Dissolve gelatin in water and cool slightly.
Stir in remaining ingredients, except greens, and pour into 1 1/2 -quart mold.
Chill until firm.
Unmold on greens.
