 Ground beef1 1/2 Pound
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Onion1 Small, finely chopped
 1 Ige. egg
 Celery1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Rolled oats1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Milk1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Margarine stick1/2
 Flour1 Tablespoon
 Tomato sauce1 Small
 Catsup1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Mushrooms1 Small, drained

Directions

Combine the ground beef, salt, onion, egg, celery, oats and 1/2 cup milk in a bowl.
Shape into a loaf and place in a baking dish.
Melt the margarine in a saucepan and blend in flour.
Add remaining milk and cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and add tomato sauce, catsup and mushrooms.
Pour over meat loaf.
Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes.
Reduce temperature to 325 degrees and bake for 1 hour and 30 minutes longer.
