Juicy Gelatin Recipe
Ingredients
| Water | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Unflavored gelatin | 1 | |
| Sugar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 1 1/2 cups fruit juice | ||
| 3/4 cup finely diced fruit, pureed for babies under 1 year | ||
Directions
Put the water, gelatin, and sugar in a small saucepan and stir over low heat until the gelatin and sugar are thoroughly dissolved.
Stir in the juice.
Pour into a 2 1/2-cup mold or bowl and refrigerate for about 30 minutes, or until the gelatin thickens to the consistency of unbeaten egg white.
Stir in the fruit and chill until set.
